Working side by side with the board members our team re envisioned their business model, designed a communication strategy, built a digital ecosystem and reimagined their brand to take Criteria to the next level.
Our team designed, prototyped and built over a dozen interactive totems that simulated a slots machine experience which delivered discount coupons to purchase the company's product along with amazing prizes.
Our IOT totems were connected to a cloud based business intelligence platform that delivered live data to the client's team where they could easily monitor the activity on each POS and adjust their marketing initiatives accordingly.
Monitored consumer choices over 6 months over several locations around the city, allowing us to monitor client retention and learn valuable insights.
